Metal Door and Cabinet Specifications
Each panel is just that, a flat panel. Most of the time there is no welding involved (only in extreme length or width circumstances). Depending on the installation method desired, countersunk screw holes can be provided which allow for a flush front (meaning that there are no screw heads sticking up). Solid Border
The solid border surrounds the patterned area, usually on all 4 sides. The dimensions of this element can vary, but it needs to be wide enough to:
- - Account for concealing the opening within the door or cabinetry and
- - Offer stability for the installation method on the back side.
