Modern Metal has been installed in Saint Wenceslaus Church in Omaha, Nebraska! On time matters, especially for church, right? Today, July 1st, is the new church’s Mass of Dedication and we are honored to be a small part of this significant moment for Omaha’s Catholic community. This is a project that has been several years in the planning, so we’re absolutely delighted to see it come to fruition. I remember when I got a call from Donner Steel Works in Nebraska asking for panels for a church. They knew exactly what they wanted, our Hancock pattern in Pocket-Watch powder coated finish. It’s an amazing feeling watching a project jump from the creative mind of a designer, to a specifier, to drawings, to a finished product, but to see it installed and knowing it will be enjoyed by so many in a meaningful environment, is wonderful for us. If you are ever in Omaha, Nebraska you’ll see our panels throughout this newly expanded church, as speaker covers, on the front pulpit, and behind the pews covering the organ. Decorative, functional, beautiful, but most importantly, Modern Metal got to the church on time! It was a pleasure to work with you Donner Steel Works and Boyd Construction.
